How to make
Lay out the puff pastry onto a floured surface and stretch it out slightly. Cut it into triangles.
Put some of the chocolate and ground walnuts in the center of each piece of puff pastry. Then roll up the triangles to form small croissants.
Smear each one well with whipped eggs and arrange them in a floured tray.
If desired you can sprinkle them with more walnuts. Bake the croissants in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven.
