How to make
Pour the beans in a bowl, pour on water and leave it overnight. Drain them, pour on clean water and boil 10 min.
Lower the heat, add the thyme, bay leaf and onions. Keep boiling until it's ready, drain.
Mix together the garlic, cumin, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Stir well, add the chopped eggs and pickle and serve.
