How to make
Combine the mince, ginger, garlic, chopped coriander, chili peppers, the drained bread, salt and lemon juice, as well as all the spices.
Mix well and shape burger patties. Heat oil in a grill pan (or regular pan) and braise the burgers until ready.
While they're braising, cut the burger buns in 2, grill them and smear with butter.
Place a burger patty in each bun, arrange slices of onions and tomato on top. Season with salt if necessary and serve right away.
