"For a healthy start to the day and loads of energy - try this smoothie with kiwi, parsley and mint."

Ingredients

  • kiwis - 4
  • lemons - 1
  • parsley - 20 bunches
  • mint - 10 bunches
  • water - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • honey - 4 tsp
  • ice - 1 cup, crushed

How to make

Separate the parsley leaves from the stems, discard the stems. Do the same for the mint leaves.

Peel the kiwis and cut them. Place them in a blender along with the parsley.

Peel the lemon, cut it into pieces, remove the seeds.

Put the lemon pieces and mint in the blender. Add the honey and half the water and blend everything.

Pour it into a large pitcher, add the ice and remaining water and stir everything very well.

Distribute it into glasses and serve right away with smoothie straws.
