How to make
Wash and clean the zucchini, then cut them into slices and bake them (on both sides) on a grill or in a pan (smeared with a little olive oil).
Cut the already baked slices lengthwise and cut the resulting strips in half.
Transfer them to a suitable serving plate.
Next is the preparation of the sauce.
For it, blend in a blender yoghurt, parsley, salt, garlic, mustard and 1/2 of the cashews.
Pour the sauce over the zucchini.
Sprinkle with the remaining cashews (pre-ground).
