  • chicken legs - 8
  • soya sauce - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • sugar - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • white wine - 4 tbsp
  • green onions - 2 bunches
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • ginger - 1 tbsp (15 g), roots

How to make

Mix all of the products excluding the chicken legs. Blend these very well and add the chicken legs to this marinade.

Cover and put in the fridge for 2 hours. Heat a grill and cook the meat. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
