How to make
Heat the oven to a moderate temperature. Oil a square tray 7 1/2″ (19 cm) on a side and place baking paper, which has been oiled as well.
Melt the butter on a slow stove along with the crumbled chocolate, stirring and cooling for 5 min.
In the meantime, beat the 1/3 cup (80 g) butter, vanilla and sugar very thoroughly into a smooth cream and add the eggs 1 by 1, beating after each.
Add the sifted flour, chocolate mixture, cream and nuts to the mix.
Transfer the mixture to the tray and bake for 45 min (or less, depending on your oven). Let the brownies with hazelnuts cool in the tray. Then transfer to a suitable platter.
For the glaze, melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath while stirring. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and beat it with a wooden spoon until it becomes smooth and thick.
Distribute the glaze onto the brownie and once it hardens, cut it into squares.
