  • milk - 2 cups
  • milk chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tsp, powdered
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • semolina - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

How to make

Grate the chocolate finely and add it to the warm milk. Add the cocoa and sugar and stir everything.

Put it on the stove on low heat and add the semolina a little bit at a time while stirring nonstop.

Boil 20 min. while stirring constantly. Distribute into cups and serve cold.
