Ingredients

  • sauerkraut - 1 head
  • rice - 1 cup
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp
  • carrots - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • paprika
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the sauerkraut into strips and put them in a tray, sprinkle with paprika. Saute the onion in a little oil, add the mince and chopped carrot.

Pour in the tomato paste which you've dissolved in 1 cup of hot water ahead of time. Season with black pepper and savory. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the rice.

After 5 min, remove from the stove and pour the mixture over the sauerkraut. Bake in a preheated oven.
