  • chocolate - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • eggs - 8
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (180 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • for the cream
  • jam - from apricots

How to make

Beat the butter very well with the sugar and add the egg yolks 1 by 1, beating with a mixer.

Add the softened chocolate and beaten to snow egg whites. Add the flour very carefully.

Bake in a buttered cake form in a moderate oven.
