How to make
To make the stuffing for the triangle pies, beat the flour, sugar, eggs, walnuts and baking powder with a mixer.
Lay out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 4 strips. Put stuffing in the strips and fold them into triangles.
Arrange them in a buttered tray and pour on heated butter on top. Bake in a low oven.
After they sit for several hours, pour on the boiled syrup made from the water and sugar with citric acid and vanilla.
