How to make
Beat the ingredients for the brownie cake layer with a mixer. If you think your mixture is too thick, add 1 cup water instead of half.
Prepare a baking pan, which is greased with oil and lightly sprinkled with flour (or bake on baking paper).
Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C). Leave the baked brownie cake layer aside to cool.
Prepare the cream in the following way:
Break the dark chocolate. Heat the liquid cream on the stove until it starts to boil. Remove from the heat and add the broken chocolate. Stir with a spoon until the chocolate melts completely and you get a nice, shiny, chocolate sauce. Let it cool slightly and thicken.
Add half of the cream, spread it well, then put it in the refrigerator to set for ten to fifteen minutes. Then you take it out and pour the remaining cream. You get double the chocolate pleasure.
Since the brownie has already slightly cooled, the cream will set faster, but it will still be shiny. The brownie can be cut almost immediately, and the knife glides over the layers like butter.
