How to make
Blend the chickpeas along with the liquid into a smooth puree. Add coconut oil, cocoa, vanilla, sugar and baking powder.
Mix and pour the carob flour and whole grain flour. Then pour the coconut milk and mix well.
Finally, add the crushed walnuts and mix for the last time.
Cover a rectangular mold with baking paper and pour the mixture for our vegan cake in it.
Bake the homemade brownie at 360°F (180°C) for 35 minutes. Let it set for 4-5 hours.
Sprinkle the vegan brownie with chickpeas with ground walnuts or croquant, cut into pieces and serve it.
