"Wonderful coconut candies that you can safely serve on your festive table."

Ingredients

  • coconut shavings - 5 tbsp.
  • coconut butter - 1/4 cup
  • honey - 1/4 cup
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vegan dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pinch of salt
  • coconut shavings - for sprinkling

How to make

In a bowl, combine the coconut shavings, melted coconut butter, honey, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix well until you get a sticky mixture.

Melt the vegan chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath or in the microwave, stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Add to the remaining ingredients. Stir until you get a thick paste that can be shaped.

Take a small portion of the paste and shape it into balls. Arrange the balls into a suitable tray or other serving dish. Once all the balls are ready, sprinkle them with coconut shavings.

Store the coconut candies in the refrigerator or freezer to preserve their freshness.
