  • eggs - 1
  • butter - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • orange juice - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • peel of 1 orange
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • liquid sweetener - 1 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 0.3 oz (8 g)
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp.
  • liquid vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp.
  • flour - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2 oz (60 g)

How to make

First, mix the soft butter with the egg, sugar, juice and orange peel.

Sift the flour with baking powder, add the vanilla and mix the mixture well.

If it is softer, add more flour to make it easier to shape the sweet cookies.

Cover the bowl with cling film, put it in the fridge for a few hours. Prepare 2 baking trays with baking paper.
