How to make
Grind the tea biscuits in a blender.
Put them in a bowl with the softened butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla and cherry liqueur.
Mix everything and knead until a sticky dough is obtained.
Form balls and place one of the strained sour cherries in the middle.
Use the sour cherries left over from making sour cherry liqueur.
Roll each ball in crushed walnuts and stick boxwood or other green shrub leaves in it. Leave the Christmas sweets in the refrigerator to set, then serve.
