How to make
I love warm pastries, even cakes, so I tried my sweet fantasy, since the recipe is purely my improvisation.
Well, what can I tell you, it's delicious, the mascarpone goes wonderfully with the starch and blueberries.
I beat two eggs with a cup of sugar, vanilla, baking powder and when the mixture foams, I add the melted butter and then a cup of white flour. I beat the mixture with a wire whisk.
A thick buttery batter is obtained. I generously greased a suitable mold with soft butter and poured the mixture in it.
I beat the mascarpone with two tablespoons of powdered sugar and one egg, then added 3 tablespoons of starch, vanilla and the blueberries. I mixed and poured it over the batter.
With a wooden skewer, I started mixing the cheese mixture with the buttery batter in circles. I just drew circles until the mixture was mixed, but be careful and mindful how you mix.
Then I baked until it was fully baked at 320°F (160°C) with a fan.
I cooled it slightly and cut it. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, but you can also do without, it's sweet enough.
That's it, it may seem like a complicated recipe, but it's very easy and even tastier!
