How to make
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add the oil, fresh milk and vanilla, mix until smooth. Add the pre-sifted flour mixed with the baking powder, mix again until a homogeneous mixture.
Take 1/3 of the mixture and add 2 tbsp. cocoa, dissolved in 4 tbsp. warm water, stir until smooth.
Grease a cake tin with a little oil and sprinkle with flour. At one end pour a ladle of the yellow mixture, right on top of it pour a smaller ladle of the brown mixture and so on until both mixtures are used up.
Place the cake tin with the Zebra cake in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 35-40 minutes - until done or a toothpick comes out dry.
Serve the homemade zebra cake for an afternoon snack.
