How to make
Heat a few tablespoons olive oil in a large pot and fry the onion, garlic, chili pepper, ginger, julienned green and red pepper in it briefly.
Pour in the broth, lemon juice and coconut milk. Season with curry powder, salt and black pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the finely chopped and peeled tomato, the clams and shrimp (optional). Allow to boil for 5 more minutes, then take it off from the heat.
