Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • peas - 1 1/5 cups (280 g) green
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • pine nuts - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • basil - a few sprigs to decorate

How to make

Boil the peas and drain them. In a blender, blend the peas, pine nuts and cheese.

Add the olive oil and beat until you get a uniform mixture. Boil and drain the spaghetti, then blend with the prepared pesto.

Serve with grated parmesan and basil leaves.
