How to make
Mix the milk, water, butter, crumbled feta cheese and salt in a suitable container. Once everything comes to a boil, slowly pour in the corn flour, while stirring continuously.
If it becomes lumpy, immediately turn on the immersion blender and beat it right on the stove. Once bubbles start to form and the mamaliga thickens, take it off from the heat. Distribute it into bowls and make several indentations on top.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and immediately pour on the hot roux, made from the heated oil with paprika. Be careful not to burn the paprika.
