How to make
Beat the softened at room temperature butter. To it, gradually add the pâté, cream cheese and mustard.
With this mixture, smear the slices of bread. On top of these sandwiches, arrange rings of cucumber, tomato and hard-boiled eggs.
Decorate with a sprig of parsley.
