How to make
The turkey is washed very well and spiked with butter. Then it is spread generously with the mixed oil, salt and paprika.
Wrap it with foil and roast it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 1 hour, then raise the temperature to 200°C for another 1 hour.
When the second hour has passed, the degrees are raised to 430°F (220°C) for 30 minutes, after which the foil is removed.
Roast the turkey without foil for another 30 minutes, basting the juicy roasted turkey with the sauce that has collected in the baking pan.
P.S. If your turkey is fresh, you can pour a little water on the bottom of the baking pan.
Mine was defrosted and I didn't add water - the roasted turkey in foil releases it on its own.
