How to make
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, coconut milk, ginger, and garlic.
Heat oil in large pot, add chicken, stew for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
Season with salt, black pepper and cumin.
Add the peanut butter mixture, mix well, cook for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
Serve the Chicken Breasts with Peanut Butter with rice and spices.
