How to make
We wash the dock and cut it.
We put a pot of water on the stove and let it boil.
After the water boils, we add the dock and cook it until it changes color. After it is ready, strain it in a colander.
Heat the oil in a deeper pan and add the onion, which we previously peeled and chopped.
We fry it until it softens and add the dock. Stir intensively until it turns into a thick paste.
Add the flour and leave it on the stove for another 5-7 minutes, stirring intensively.
The porridge is served warm.
