How to make

Wash, clean and peel the mushrooms.

Make the stuffing by crumbling the white cheese, grating the yellow cheese and adding the cream.

Season the mushrooms with salt.

Stir the stuffing until smooth.

Stuff the mushrooms, arrange them in a baking pan, drizzle with oil and bake until golden brown.

Sprinkle the finished mushrooms with finely chopped dill.
