How to make
Grate the feta and cheese in a bowl and add the yoghurt with the baking soda extinguished in it. Add the lard and gradually, the sifted flour. Knead a smooth and soft dough.
Divide it into 3 balls and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour covered with foil. Roll out each ball into a circle about 3/32 (3 mm) thick. Cut out 8 triangles and roll them into scones.
Arrange them in a greased tray and bake them in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until golden.
