How to make
I grated two apples for the cake, added oat milk with chia that had been in the fridge since the evening, 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of milk and 3 tbsp. of chia, then I beat with a fork.
I also added 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of sunflower oil, a tablespoon of carob flour, white flour about 1 1/2 cups with one baking powder, until a thick dough was obtained.
I poured it into a baking pan with a diameter of about 80°F (26 cm), generously greased with sunflower oil and decorated with apples and raisins on top.
I baked the vegan cake at 340°F (170°C) with a fan until fully baked.
The vegan cake with apples and carob, is suitable for breakfast or afternoon snack with aromatic coffee.
