"If there is a chocolate biscuit cake on the table, then it is a holiday"

Ingredients

  • biscuits - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cream - 1 package confectionery (400 ml)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • walnuts - 1 cup
  • liquid chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • water - 1 cup
measures

How to make

We take a large bowl, we crush three packages of biscuits inside and add the grinded walnuts, and 3.5 oz (100 g) of butter, and with a little water. Stir until a thick mixture is obtained.

In another bowl beat the confectionery cream and set aside 1/2 cup of the cream.

We take a springform pan, put cling film at the bottom and start to layer the biscuit base at the bottom, then add the cream and alternate until you run out of products. Place it in the fridge to set.

We take a small bowl, put the cream inside and 3.5 oz (100 g) of butter with 1/2 cup of sugar and beat with a mixer until very thick cake cream is obtained.

When the festive biscuit cake has already set, we remove the cling film and turn it over into a serving plate. We add the melted liquid chocolate on top.

We spread well everywhere, so that it covers the biscuit cake nicely. And with the help of a piping bag, we form flowers from the thick butter cream. And again, put it in the refrigerator to set.
