Ingredients

  • vegetables - 16 oz (450 g)
  • potatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • juice - 2/5 cup (100 g), apple or orange
  • chicken - 5.5 oz (150 g) of meat
  • oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • sour cream - 5 tablespoons

How to make

Cut the meat into small pieces and boil, then puree. Wash and chop all the vegetables into equal-sized pieces and boil them.

Add the meat, vegetables and fruit juice and puree them. Finally, add the oil and sour cream.

Serve with croutons.
