How to make
Mix the water and milk and heat them. Add the yeast and sugar to them and mix.
Sift the flour, add the salt, mix and form a well.
Add the yeast and olive oil mixture and knead soft baguette dough.
Place the dough in a bowl and spread it with oil.
Leave it to rise until it has doubled in volume.
Then divide the dough into 4 parts.
Roll out each one into a thin ellipse, then roll it up.
Arrange the baguettes on a tray lined with baking paper and make several cuts with a sharp knife.
Leave them to rise again.
Melt the butter and add the dry spices to it. Leave them to cool.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and place a bowl of water on the bottom.
Once the temperature is reached, spread the baguettes with the aromatic oil and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the mini baguettes with butter and spices become golden brown.
