"Pâté, appetizer, antipasto - whatever you call it, you can`t go wrong. You`ll only go wrong if you don`t try it."

Ingredients

  • eggplants - 2 roasted, peeled and drained
  • peppers - 2, peeled, green
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 3, hard - boiled
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1 tsp

How to make

Place all the products except the mayonnaise in a bowl and blend until you get a homogenous mixture. Add the mayonnaise and blend a further 5 - 10 sec.

Serve with slices of toast or fill it into eggs or tomatoes.
