Ingredients

  • veal steaks - 3 pcs. (about 500 g), thin
  • onions - 2
  • field mushrooms - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • salt
measures

How to make

Cut the steaks into smaller pieces if they are too big for the multicooker. Spread them with soy sauce and sprinkle with black pepper and salt.

Turn on the multicooker on the FRY program and heat the oil. When ready, fry the steaks on both sides for 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and onions. Cut the onion into small pieces and the mushrooms into crescents. When ready, remove the steaks and pour the onion and mushrooms.

Fry for about 3-4 min. Return the veal steaks, arranging them on the bottom and the onions and mushrooms on the bottom. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with the lid.

Set the multicooker to the ROAST program and let the dish cook for about 30 minutes.

The Veal Steaks with Mushrooms and Sauce in Multicooker are ready.
