How to make
Clean and dry the wings, then put them in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the soya sauce, sherry, olive oil, grated garlic, black pepper and paprika. Cover and coat the wings with this marinade, then cap the bowl and let it sit for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Lay out a fireproof tray with baking paper. Remove the wings from the marinade, drain and arrange them in the tray in one line.
Put them to bake for 10 minutes, then flip them over and bake for 15 more minutes. Melt the honey in a microwave oven until it becomes runny. Brush the wings with the warm honey and bake them for a few minutes.
Serve the wings sprinkled with chopped green onions.
