How to make
Wash the strawberries well by soaking them in water and remove their stems. Fill the jars with strawberries to just over half full, add 4 tablespoons of sugar per jar and top them with warm water up to the bottom of the rim.
Close the jars and put them to boil for 15 minutes. Remove the jars and flip them with the caps down. Once cool, store them in a cool place.
