How to make

Clean the peppers from the seeds, wash the brown rice in several waters and cut the onions and carrots into small cubes.

Pour equal amounts of oil and olive oil and stew the onions, carrots and rice. Add a cup of water and leave it to simmer with a lid, then add the chopped mushrooms and raisins.

Flavor with the spices and vegetable seasoning, you can skip adding salt because the seasoning is salty.

Stuff the peppers with the stewed stuffing, and spread the rest of the stuffing around the peppers.

Pour water halfway of the stuffed peppers and sprinkle with a little salt, bake in a moderate oven until baked.

This is a wonderful festive recipe with rich flavors and aromas that will appeal to everyone.

The vegan stuffed peppers with mushrooms and walnuts are ready.
