How to make
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the egg and beat again. Add the sifted flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Add the milk and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a piping bag or a regular bag and pipe out the cookies on baking paper at a great distance.
Bake the cookies in an oven heated to 370°F (190°C) for about 8-10 minutes.
Using a fork, mash the ripe banana well with the lemon juice.
Add the cream cheese and cream and mix until a creamy consistency is obtained.
Stick the cooled cookies with the banana cream 2 by 2 and store the them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
The banana cream cookies are soft and very tasty.
