How to make
Sangria is usually red, but there is a precedent for a white drink - white sangria, which is made from white wine.
Put some ice in a tumbler glass. Pour the gin and sugar syrup over the ice and fill the glass with sparkling water.
Gently stir to mix the cocktail, then add the port wine on top.
Sprinkle the finished Gin Sangria cocktail with freshly grated nutmeg.
