How to make
Place the pitted dates in the blender and blend them into a paste.
Add the walnuts, almonds, honey and cocoa and blend again until a homogeneous thick mixture is obtained.
Transfer it into a flat tray, level it out and place the dessert to cool well in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Sprinkle the raw brownie with cocoa and garnish it with raspberries or other fresh fruit of your choice.
Cut the brownie into pieces and serve it.
