How to make
Today I made this aromatic homemade savory tart and now I want to share my idea with you.
I had old corn bread that I crumbled in a bowl and mixed with some milk as well as melted butter.
The amount of products is according to the size, then I greased a mold with soft butter and poured the mixture on top. I leveled it out with a spoon.
In another bowl I mixed the kale leaves, which I cleaned from the stems, chopped boiled potatoes, eggs, salt, black pepper and oregano.
I spread this mixture over the base. On top, I arrange peppers (cut into rings), a little ricotta and I add butter here and there.
I baked the easy kale and potato tart at 390°F (200°C) until done.
You can use any kind of bread!
