Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • sugar - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • ginger - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • raisins - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • for garnish
  • cream - 1 pc. of Dr. Oetker (no boil / 60 - 70 g)
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • sugar pearls

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Add the yogurt, oil and softened butter. Add the rest of the products and mix.

Add the flour gradually and stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Fill the muffin molds. Bake until done.

Whip the cream according to the instructions on the package.

Pipe out the cream onto the cooled muffins and sprinkle with sugar pearls.

The Ginger Muffins with Raisins are very tasty.
