How to make
First, on a heated pan, warm the tortilla for a bit, so that it can soften.
Put it on a plate.
Peel the avocado and put it in a bowl. Mash it and season it with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Add the cottage cheese to it and mix well.
Spread the resulting mixture on the flatbread.
Crumble the white cheese on top, wrap and serve the tortilla with avocado and white cheese.
