Ingredients

  • tortillas - 15 - 18 pcs.
  • cooked chicken - 9 oz (250 g) sliced/shredded
  • onion - 1 onion (sliced)
  • chili pepper - 1 sliced
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g), grated
  • cheddar cheese - 7 oz (200 g), grated
  • lime juice - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • Spices
  • chili powder - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Put the chicken, onion, chili pepper, lime juice, both types of cheese and all the spices in a large bowl, then mix until you get a mixture.

Take one tortilla and you spread the mixture on just one end of the tortilla, then you roll it up, cut it in the middle and start arranging the rolls in a circle.

Sprinkle with both types of cheese and arrange another circle on top, then repeat this process 3 times.

Bake the tortilla rolls at 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

Serve the tortilla rolls with guacamole sauce.
