Ingredients

  • dark chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • flour - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • raspberries - 7 oz (200 g) fresh or frozen
  • cocoa - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • hazelnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Mix the baking powder with the flour and start adding it to the egg base gradually, by stirring.

Pour the cocoa into the melted chocolate with the butter. Combine the two mixtures and mix until homogeneous.

Place a sheet of baking paper in the baking pan in which you will bake the brownie.

Spread the raspberries and hazelnuts over the bottom of the baking pan. Pour the the chocolate cake mixture over them and bake at 360°F (180°C) for half an hour.

Cool the brownie well, turn it over, so that the raspberries and hazelnuts are on top and sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar before serving.

The brownie with raspberries and hazelnuts is very tasty.
