How to make
Beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
Add the sugar and continue to beat. Finally, add the flour and salt. Knead a soft dough. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll it out into a rectangular crust and cut it into equal squares. Place 1 small teaspoon of the apricot jam in the middle of each.
Take two opposite ends and fold them over the jam.
Arrange the sweets on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 14 minutes.
Remove the sweets and sprinkle them with powdered sugar if desired.
The Hungarian Sweets with Cream Cheese are ready.
