How to make
Mix the Oreo cookie crumbs for the Oreo cake with the butter.
Knead it into a dough and spread it evenly on the bottom of a mold with a detachable ring.
Press to make an even base.
Beat the sour cream with sugar and cream cheese until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and after it swells, warm it in a water bath.
Add half of the gelatin mixture to the cream and stir until homogeneous.
Put half of the cream on top of the delicious cheesecake. Spread it out evenly.
Add the strawberry jam and chunks of fresh strawberries.
Pour the rest of the cream. Arrange sliced strawberries on top. Coat them with gelatin to keep them fresh.
Leave the strawberry cheesecake set in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
Carefully remove the ring by running a silicone spatula or knife along the walls.
Garnish with coconut shavings.
Slice and serve the Strawberry Oreo Cheesecake.
