How to make

First, wash the rice in a colander under running water. Then cook it in the multicooker on the Rice program. Add the rice vinegar to it (preheated in a saucepan, along with the sugar until fully dissolved).

Cut the salted chicken fillet lengthwise into pieces and bread them, by first dipping the fillet pieces in the beaten egg and then rolling them in the breadcrumbs with the added black pepper.

Fry them in a heated pan with oil until golden brown.

Take the Nori and cover its entire surface with rice (with wet hands) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Turn the Nori over so that the rice remains underneath (we do all this on a sushi rolling mat covered with cling film).

On the side facing us, begin to arrange lengthwise a row of breaded chicken fillets, a row of cream cheese and a row of cucumber (sliced into strips).

Using the mat roll up a sushi roll, by pressing hard as you roll.

Cut the roll into slices with a sharp knife. Wet the knife with water for each cut.

Serve the Uramaki sushi with chicken, with soy sauce and wasabi. Enjoy!
