  • puff pastry - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • lemon pudding - 1.4 oz (40 g) no boil
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • chocolate sprinkles - for decoration

How to make

Leave the puff pastry to defrost. Spread out the crust and gently roll it out. Using a ring or a glass, cut out circles.

Line the sides of the muffin molds and bake them in a preheated oven until golden.

Pierce the base of the puff pastries with a fork. They cook quickly, so be careful not to burn them.

Carefully remove them from the molds and arrange them in a suitable serving dish.

Beat the pudding by adding the cold milk using a mixer until fluffy.

Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and heat it in the microwave, being careful not to boil it.

Add the prepared gelatin to the pudding and mix until smooth.

Fill the baskets with the finished cream and leave them to set in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles or decorate them as you like.
