How to make
Clean and peel the onion and finely chop it. Do the same with the carrots.
Heat the oil and stew the vegetables. When they are ready, add the rice, fry briefly, then add water.
While the water is boiling, cut the canned tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the filling. After the water evaporates, add them, along with the juice and the chopped parsley.
With the prepared filling, fill and roll up all the leaves and arrange them in a deep pot, in which you have previously placed a few of the vine leaves at the bottom.
When the pot is full, add enough water to cover the sarma, cover with a plate with the opening facing down and cook the sarma on low heat until done!
