How to make
Put the water in a pot to boil. During this time, cut the onion into medium-sized squares and the carrots into fine strips.
Add them to the already boiling water, along with the Himalayan salt and sunflower oil. After a while, after the vegetables have softened a little, add the spaghetti, broken in two. Spread them out slightly so that they are covered with water.
Stir so they don't stick together. When they have softened a little, add the spices - turmeric, cumin, brown cane sugar, finely grated dried parsley and basil. Stir constantly, by scraping the bottom of the pot, so that they don't stick.
After we have added the spaghetti, we no longer need to cover with a lid so that most of it evaporates and so that they don't become watery, but nevertheless, if there is still some even when the spaghetti is ready, we can leave them a little (having removed the pot from the stove) to absorb the water.
Serve them warm! They have a slightly sweet taste that the brown sugar adds! They are very aromatic because of the basil!
Amazingly delicious!
